What We Are
Magnolia Bend Academy is a homeschool co-op that helps families homeschool their children. With a certified staff, each child will receive a Bible-based curriculum, and a state approved high school diploma.
Students meet weekly at a nearby church:
∙ Kindergarten-11th Grade meet 3 days a week.
∙ 12th Grade meets 2 days a week for the first semester
∙ Please contact the campus of your choice for specific days/times for that particular campus.
ABeka Curriculum
Abeka’s Spiral Curriculum—building from the simple to the complex, with frequent review and application within each grade and from grade to grade.
Solid Biblical Foundation
Dual Enrollment
Dual Enrollment classes through Bossier Parish Community College and Northwestern State University are offered starting the Spring Semester of the Sophomore year.
Extras We Offer
Magnolia Bend Academy offers the following:
∙ CAT Standardized End of Year Testing – if desired, not required
∙ TOPS Core Curriculum for college or technical college
∙ Kindergarten and 8th Grade Graduation
∙ Junior Ring Ceremony
∙ Graduation ceremony for Seniors
Tuition and Fees 2025-2026
Tuition and fees can be paid monthly or on a one-time basis. Tuition covers all books and supplies for your student.
Tuition Scale:
- 3 day a week student-$345 a month from July-April or $3,450 a year
- 12th Grade $200 a month July to December or $1,200 a year
- Sibling discounts are offered.
Our Teachers
Our ratio of students to teachers and teacher helpers is 10:1 for K-6th, and 15:1 7th-12th Grade. Our lead teachers are all certified. Our teacher helpers are very familiar with our curriculum and help to make sure that each student has a one-on-one experience in the classroom. We use technology, but we believe the best education comes from a teacher and a student with book, paper, pencil, and a love of learning!
